Can we add a random slappers so that we can just post random tracks that slap

Also those thebayslaps compilations for the diffrent months with the hottest tracks was dope be coo if we could bring that back and have a few katz do that every month or we could just have two diffrent mods/admin/smods do it every month randomly pick two to be in charge of getting it done
